The DMTS Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and managing operation and maintenance activities of Solar De‑Fluoridation Units (DFUs) through the Desire Maintenance & Tracking System (DMTS). The role ensures proper tracking of complaints, preventive maintenance, water quality parameters, site hygiene, and timely reporting to ensure uninterrupted and safe drinking water supply.Key Responsibilities · Operate and manage the DMTS portal for all assigned Solar DFU sites. · Register, assign, and monitor complaints related to DFU operation, water flow, and system faults. · Track preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities in DMTS. · Ensure regular cleaning and hygiene of DFU tanks and 5000 L water storage tanks as per SOP. · Verify and upload site visit photographs, water test reports, and service checklists in DMTS. · Monitor availability and performance of solar panels, pumps, controllers, and DFU components. · Ensure timely closure of tickets with proper remarks, photos, and supporting documents. · Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and district teams for smooth site operations. · Ensure TAT compliance for breakdowns and emergency complaints. · Escalate critical issues such as water quality failure, prolonged downtime, or repeated faults. · Maintain accurate site data including equipment details, serial numbers, and maintenance history. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly DFU O&M performance and compliance reports. · Support audits and inspections by providing DMTS data and documentation.Freshers are welcome to apply with strong knowledge about Solar PV systems & electronic equipment.
