Restaurant Hostess Location:China Bistro R City Mall Job Summary The restaurant hostess is responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience by welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling feedback, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction at the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival Manage table reservations and waiting lists efficiently Coordinate with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth guest flow Understand guest preferences and ensure personalized service Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit Maintain guest feedback records and share inputs with management Assist during peak hours to manage crowd flow and guest expectations Promote restaurant offerings, events, and special menus Ensure grooming standards and service etiquette are followed Desired Candidate Profile Minimum1–3 years of experienceas GRE / Hostess / Guest Services in a restaurant or hospitality setup Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred) Pleasing personality with a customer-focused attitude Ability to handle pressure during busy service hours Basic knowledge of POS/reservation systems is an advantage Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays Educational Qualification A graduate or Diploma in Hotel management/hospitality is preferred Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered Skills Required Guest handling & interpersonal skills Problem-solving and complaint resolution Professional appearance and grooming Team coordination Attention to detail Why Join Us?
