Today 5paisa is a go-to platform for serious traders and investors.Role Overview: This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation, business development, and relationship management, ensuring that the company’s partner network continues to expand and deliver consistent performance.Key Responsibilities: Partner Identification & Onboarding: Scout, evaluate, and onboard potentialAuthorized Partners (APs)who align with 5paisa’s growth vision. Leverage existing network to fast-track quality AP acquisitions with a focus on business scalability.Sales & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with APs to ensure consistentclient acquisitionandrevenue growth . Act as a single point of contact for partner escalations and business enhancement initiatives.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all APs are onboarded in line withSEBI regulationsand 5paisa’s internal compliance framework. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely KYC, document verification, and AP registration with the Exchange.Revenue & Performance Monitoring: Track AP performance through metrics like account activations, revenue generation, client retention, and product penetration. Devise partner-specific growth plans and offer support to enhance productivity.Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay abreast of market developments, competitor strategies, and new distribution models to fine-tune partner acquisition and engagement strategy. Identify emerging trends inalgorithmic tradingand align partnership strategy accordingly.Training, Enablement & Product Awareness: Conduct periodic training for APs and their teams on 5paisa’strading platforms, APIs, algo tools, and product offerings . Promote adoption of digital tools, partner dashboards, and marketing support systems.Education & Experience: Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Experience:3–7 years inBusiness Development / Partner Sales / Channel Managementin Stock Broking, Fintech, or BFSI.Skills & Capabilities: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable plans. Proficient in CRM tools, partner dashboards, and Excel-based performance analysisEssential: Proven track record andexisting relationships with APs / Sub-brokers . Strong knowledge offinancial markets, trading platforms (like ODIN, XTS, NEST), and algo trading solutions .
