About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategicSEO Managerwith at least 10 years of proven success in driving organic growth for established brands. This role demands a forward-thinking digital leader who thrives on data, is fluent in search engine algorithms, and can shape comprehensive SEO strategies that align with overall business goals. You’ll lead the development and execution of SEO initiatives, working cross-functionally with content, development, UX, and analytics teams to drive measurable results in traffic, conversions, and ROI.Key Responsibilities: Develop and ownthe long-term SEO strategy across all digital properties (websites, blogs, microsites). Audit, analyse, and optimizeon-site and off-site SEO performance regularly. Lead and mentora team of SEO specialists, analysts, and content strategists. Manage technical SEOinitiatives including site architecture, crawlability, page speed, and structured data. Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teamsto implement SEO best practices at scale. Perform advanced keyword researchand competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Track, analyze, and reporton SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay current onindustry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies . Build and maintainlink-building strategiesin accordance with white-hat practices. Drivelocal SEO, international SEO , and mobile optimization strategies where applicable.Required Qualifications: 10+ years of SEO experience , with a strong portfolio of measurable results. Proven success managing large-scale SEO campaigns for enterprise-level or high-traffic websites. Deep knowledge ofGoogle algorithms , ranking factors, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). Proficient inHTML, CSS, JavaScript basics , and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager). Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills ; comfortable working with data in Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar. Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills; able to influence stakeholders and executives. Experience withinternational SEO, mobile-first indexing, and Core Web Vitalsoptimization is a strong plus.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with cross-functional teams inagile environments . Familiarity withschema markup, AMP, and CDN configurations .
