What is the role? As ‘Strategic Sales Executive’, you will head all business engagements with some strategic clients in the automotive industry. You will be expected to:Set a vision for New Sales in the respective market/region/accounts.Envision New BusinessOpportunities and meet prospective clientsin the marketBring New Sales and contribute to topline growthof the organizationWhat are the responsibilities? As ‘Strategic Sales Executive’, you will take full ownership of the New Sales in your region/market/accounts and ensure that the company is able to penetrate new markets and bring new opportunities on board. Your job responsibilities will fall into three core areas:Business Development : Responsible for new opportunity creation by regularmarket need assessment, meeting clients and maturing these opportunities. Create proposals based on client requirements Interacting with the client and presenting proposals to solve customers’ problems Responding to inbound businessopportunities by way of RFPs and RFQs. Visit marketing events and representing MSXI to generate new leads, contacts Be aware of market trendsand be able to articulate market and customer needs; also co-relate these to client’s roadmap to increase their brand, image, market shareRevenue Assurance : Track receivables for assignedmarket/region/accounts and followup for timely payment. Ensure profitability by aligning proposal commercials to MSXI guidelinesNet Promoter Score : Ensure client team is satisfied with MSXI engagement Coordinate with Delivery Head to maximizeclient satisfaction.Account Management : Develop and execute tailored account growth plans Identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and deepen MSXI’s engagement with key clients. Conduct periodic business reviews with client leadership teams to track performance, align on strategic priorities, and proactively address risks or areas of improvement for long‑term partnership success.This role reports to Sales Director - India.Who are we looking for?If you are an automotive industry professional with an engineering degree and an MBA from a premier business school, we are looking for you.
