Our mission is to empower governments, businesses, and individuals with secure, privacy‑preserving, interoperable, and censorship‑resistant digital identity and communication tools.With deployments spanning enterprise pilots, state initiatives, and defence‑adjacent communication systems, we are rapidly expanding our presence in Australia and the Asia‑Pacific region.We are looking for aresults-driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Head of Sales & Growthto build and scale our GTM efforts acrossB2B, B2C, and B2Gverticals.Role OverviewTheHead of Sales & Growth (APAC)will lead end‑to‑end sales strategy, growth operations, and revenue generation for our SSI, Decentralised Communication, and Decentralised TAK product lines.This role blendsenterprise sales,government sales,consumer growth, andstrategic partnerships, while also overseeingproposal writing,tenders,grant submissions, andcontract acquisition.You will be the face of our APAC GTM efforts and will drive adoption by enterprises, defense agencies, emergency responders, public-sector institutions, and consumers across Australia and the wider region.Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership & Strategy Own the entire revenue function for APAC markets, including pipeline forecasting, quarterly targets, and multi‑segment growth plans. Build and execute GTM strategies for: B2B(enterprise SSI, verifiable credentials, decentralized messaging) B2C(privacy‑first consumer identity & communication apps) B2G(government digital identity, defence communication, public-safety deployments) Develop segment‑specific value propositions, pricing strategies, and deployment models. Build and manage a high-performing Sales & Growth team in Australia.2. Government & Defense Sales (B2G) Lead engagement withfederal,state, andlocalgovernment agencies, particularly for identity and secure communication initiatives. Own sales motions forDecentralized TAK(Team Awareness Kit) to: Defense forces First responders Fire departments Emergency management teams Public-safety organizations Navigate government procurement processes, tenders, and budget cycles. Build relationships with defense primes, tactical communication integrators, and strategic procurement partners.3. Enterprise Sales (B2B) Drive enterprise adoption of SSI solutions across sectors including: Financial Services Healthcare Telecommunications Transportation Education Cybersecurity Own pipeline generation, POCs, pilots, and multi‑year licensing deals.4. Consumer Growth (B2C) – Decentralised Social & Communication Platform Lead global growth strategy for apeer‑to‑peer decentralized social media & messaging platform. Own: User acquisition (UA) strategy Performance marketing App store optimization (ASO) Community-led growth Creator partnerships and influencer campaigns Experimentation frameworks & funnel optimisation Build activation and retention loops for a privacy-first, censorship-free global consumer user base.5. Proposal, Grants & Contract Management Lead end‑to‑end creation of: Government grant applications Defense contracts PPP (Public‑Private Partnership) submissions Large-scale tenders & RFP responses Work closely with product, compliance, engineering, and legal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compelling submissions. Develop commercial models, technical narratives, and program governance frameworks.6. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with: System integrators (SIs) Defense technology providers Telcos and cloud vendors Universities & research institutions Identity frameworks & consortiums (e.g., TDIF-aligned entities) Represent the company at conferences, defense expos, and government innovation programs.7. Data-Driven Growth & Reporting Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for revenue, funnel health, CAC/LTV, government pipeline, and product adoption. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Present monthly/quarterly reviews to the executive leadership team.Required Skills & Experience 10–15+ yearsin sales, growth, enterprise GTM, or business development, with at least5 yearsin a leadership role. Proven success selling toenterprise,government, andconsumersegments. Experience in one or more of the following: Digital identity (IAM, SSI, PKI, verifiable credentials) Secure communication platforms Defence, emergency response, tactical communication systems Web3, cryptography, cybersecurity, or privacy-tech Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and building scalable GTM engines. Experience writing high-qualityproposals,tender documents, andgovernment grants. Deep familiarity with the Australian government procurement ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to lead growth marketing or performance marketing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.Nice-to-Have Prior experience with Decentralised applications or systems. Knowledge of DID/VC standards (W3C), ZKPs, decentralised identifiers, and blockchain identity ecosystems. Experience launching B2C apps globally (consumer social, messaging, communication). Network within Australian defence, emergency services, or public‑sector innovation bodies.
