Designation Required: Manager - Engineering and Maintenance, Department of Facility ManagementQualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related discipline.• 12-15 years of experience in engineering services or facilities management.• Experience in managing large educational campuses, academic buildings, and hostel facilities.• Strong exposure to MEP systems, maintenance operations, and technical manpower management.• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and basic computer applications.Role Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end engineering services and maintenance operations for academic buildings and hostels.• Ensure operation and maintenance of MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, fire safety, plumbing, STP/WTP.• Implement preventive and breakdown maintenance plans to ensure high uptime of critical equipment.• Supervise in-house and outsourced technical manpower.• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.• Manage budgets, cost optimization, and vendor SLAs.• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.Scale of Pay• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, in line with current market trends.
