In this role, you will not only generate and qualify leads but also lead the technical discovery, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts remotely. This is a high-impact position designed for a sales professional who can build trust digitally and drive mid-market prospects from initial curiosity to a signed partnership.Core Roles and Responsibilities ·Virtual Business Development:Utilize digital tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced outreach strategies to identify and engage key stakeholders within mid-market organizations. ·Solution Presentation:Lead remote demonstrations of the siliconops.ai cloud portfolio, articulating how our solutions solve specific mid-market challenges such as scalability and cost optimization. ·Commercial Negotiation:Draft professional proposals, manage pricing negotiations, and navigate legal and procurement hurdles to secure high-value, multi-year cloud service agreements. ·Deal Closing:Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas by converting a high percentage of the sales pipeline into active accounts. ·Cloud Advocacy:Deliver persuasive demonstrations of siliconops.ai’ hybrid cloud, cyber resiliency, and smart network capabilities, showcasing clear ROI for organizations scaling their digital presence. ·Retention & Upselling:Ensure seamless post-sales transitions and maintain executive-level relationships to guarantee client satisfaction and account retention. ·Intelligence Gathering:Monitor emerging industry trends, competitor positioning, and market shifts to inform internal product roadmaps and sales strategies. ·Performance Metrics:Consistently meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Qualifications and Professional Skills ·Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. ·Experience:2–4 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of closing deals in the B2B technology sector (SaaS, IaaS, or Managed Services). ·Sales Acumen:A documented track record of achieving sales quotas and managing B2B sales cycles. ·Digital Influence:Expert-level communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport and project professional authority over video and phone. ·Communication:Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives. ·Technical Proficiency:A foundational understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
