Role & Responsibilities Lead and own end-to-end QA strategy for AI-based products Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks Hands-on involvement in automation usingSelenium / Playwright / Webdriver.io Understand and validateproduct architecture , including frontend and API aggregation DriveAPI testing , integration testing, and regression automation Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring best practices Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams Mandatory Skills & Experience 9+ yearsof experience in Software Testing Strong hands-on experience inAutomation Testing Expertise inSelenium with Java & JavaScript Experience withPlaywright / Webdriver.io Solid experience inAPI testingand modern web technologies Proven experience testingAI products(mandatory) Working knowledge ofLLMs, prompting techniques , and AI tools such asClaude, Gemini Experience withJIRAor similar test management & bug tracking tools Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand automation best practices What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Hands-on mindset with the ability to lead by example Passion for quality in fast-paced AI product environments Important Note: This role requiresfull-time presence in the Chennai office .
