Company DescriptionFiberise is a science-led, premium nutraceutical brand focused on gut health, metabolic wellness, and daily functional nutrition. The brand is positioned at the intersection ofscience, lifestyle, and premium consumer experience, with an omnichannel presence across D2C, e-commerce, modern trade, and general trade.Role Description TheBrand Managerwill be the custodian of the Fiberise brand and will be responsible forend-to-end brand strategy, marketing execution, agency management, communications, and omnichannel growth strategy . This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative judgment, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will think like abrand owner , act like amarketer , and execute like anoperator .Key Responsibility :1. Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and evolve Fiberise’s brand positioning, narrative, and identity. Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints. Develop long-term brand-building strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor brand perception and propose strategic adjustments when needed. 2. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans. Define themarketing mix (4Ps – Product, Price, Place, Promotion)for Fiberise. Plan and manage brand campaigns across digital, offline, and retail channels. Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with business goals. 3. Agency & Stakeholder Management Manage external marketing agencies including: Creative agency Digital marketing agency Performance marketing agency PR agency Influencer marketing agency Packaging and design partners Act as the single point of contact between Fiberise and external partners. Ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality output from agencies. 4. Brand Communications & Content Strategy Oversee all brand communications including: Website content Social media strategy Email marketing Packaging copy ATL/BTL communication Influencer content Work with content creators to build engaging, educational, and high-conversion brand narratives. Ensure compliance with regulatory (FSSAI) and legal guidelines in all brand communication. 5. Omnichannel Marketing & Execution Develop an omnichannel brand strategy across: D2C website Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Modern trade (supermarkets, pharmacies, wellness stores) General trade (distributors, retailers) Ensure consistent brand experience across all channels. Collaborate with sales and operations teams for seamless execution. 6. Product Marketing & Launch Strategy Lead marketing strategy for new product launches. Work closely with R&D, product, and sales teams for product positioning. Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new launches. Plan sampling, seeding, and influencer reviews for product awareness. 7. Performance Tracking & Analytics Track key brand and marketing KPIs such as: Brand awareness Customer acquisition cost (CAC) Conversion rate ROAS Repeat purchase rate Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategy accordingly. Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports. 8. Budget Management Plan and manage the brand marketing budget. Ensure optimal allocation of marketing spend across channels. Negotiate with agencies and vendors to maximize ROI. 9. Market & Competitor Analysis Track competitor strategies, launches, and communication. Identify emerging trends in nutraceutical and wellness space. Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights. 10. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Sales team Operations team R&D team E-commerce team Customer support team Ensure alignment between brand promise and customer experience.Required Skills & Qualifications Education MBA in Marketing / Brand Management (Preferred) Or equivalent experience in FMCG / Nutraceutical / Consumer Brands Experience 3–6 years of experience in brand management or marketing (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or nutraceuticals). Experience in managing external agencies. Experience in omnichannel marketing is a strong plus. Technical & Functional Skills Strong understanding of: Brand strategy Digital marketing Performance marketing basics Influencer marketing FMCG distribution ecosystem Good command over marketing analytics and reporting.
