Role overview FraX is building a new way for retail investors to invest in premium real estate through a digital-first platform. We are hiring a customer-facing operator who canconvert high-intent usersandsupport them through the full journey —from signup to first investment and post-investment queries.What you will own Call and convert warm leads:Speak to interested users, explain the product clearly, handle objections, and drive them to complete the investment. Onboarding and journey support:Help users complete KYC, e-sign, and payments; resolve drop-offs with strong follow-ups. Post-investment support:Handle customer queries after investment and coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly and correctly. Pipeline discipline:Track every user interaction (status, notes, next step, follow-up date) and ensure no lead is dropped. Process improvement:Identify common friction points and work with product/ops to improve scripts, FAQs, and the in-app journey.What we are looking for (must-have) 3-7 yearsexperience ininside sales, relationship management, customer onboarding, or customer operationswith significant phone-based work. Strong comfort with calling users daily and driving outcomes ( 30–60 calls/dayis typical). Clear, confident communication inEnglish and Hindi . Ability to handle high-trust, high-ticket conversations calmly and professionally. Strong follow-through and organization and ability to close leads.(Good to have Experience infintech, wealth/investing, insurance, lending , orhigh-ticket/luxurysales. Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Freshdesk/Intercom) and basic reporting in Google Sheets.Location:Gurgaon (On-site) Employment Type:Full-time
