Position: Oracle Technical Manager Location: ChennaiWho Are We:Purchasing Power () We are an Atlanta-based voluntary benefit company offering an industry-leading employee purchase program for brand-name consumer products, online education services and travel offerings through convenient payroll deduction, helping employees achieve financial flexibility.What You Will Do:• Understand current solution through reverse engineering techniques and ensure all batch jobs are executed without any delays and quality issues • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues; Identify and implement solutions • Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security and performance • Develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including extensions, views, customizations, modifications, reports and workflows independently or as a part of a team. • Work in a cross-functional environment, develop solutions that integrate information technology & business process changes to support strategic business needs • Tracking and coordinating resolution of enterprise-level data quality issues. • Work closely with IT leaders to ensure decisions are meeting long term needs • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risksThe Experience You Will Bring:Skills :• Knowledge of Oracle EBusiness database objects in addition to strong programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle scheduling tools and OA Framework • Define and own the enterprise data architecture vision aligned with organizational goals • 4-5 years of hands-on technology experience in Oracle Environment and Overall, 10 plus years across other databases and Environment • Technical background to collaborate effectively with Data Platform and Data Engineering teams to enhance overall Data Flow and Architecture • Strong knowledge of data management concepts including metadata, data quality, data lineage, data archival, data retention, data sharing, and sensitive data handling • Exposure to AR, AP, GL, Order Management and Purchase modules is mandatory • Good to have exposure in Inventory and Fixed Assets module • Experience with Cloud Technologies needed • Experience in developing data integration and migration solutions • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills • Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering high-quality software solutions • Willingness to guide and willingness to learn • Strategic thinker able to make decisions with short term and long-term considerations Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering with 15+ years’ IT experience • Oracle certification is a plusWhat We Stand For: • We act with intensity, urgency and a passion for supporting our customers and growing our business.
