Job Description Job Role: Sr Associate Product Manager – Cards Proposition & Partnerships Experience:3–6 years of experience Education:BE/B.Tech or/+ MBA from institute of repute Function:RuPay Product Location:MumbaiRole OverviewThe Product Manager – Cards Proposition & Partnerships will be responsible forend‑to‑end ownership of card propositions, feature innovation, and partner‑led value creationacross RuPay Debit and Credit Cards. The role will focus onbuilding differentiated card value propositions , launching new customer-centric variants, strengthening premium and business offerings, and managing strategic ecosystem partnerships. This role will work at the intersection ofproduct design, partner management, government programs, and service experience , with a strong emphasis on execution excellence and market relevance.Preferred Background:Experience:3–6 years in managing card products within a bank, card network, or fintech Education:Graduate degree (B.Tech preferred) Postgraduate qualification in Marketing / Finance is a plus Relevant Exposure:Super Premium Credit Card feature developmentKey ResponsibilitiesCard Features & Platform Enablement Own the development ofnew feature-based cardsacross Debit and Credit portfolios. Ensure feature enablement,scheme compliance, and operational feasibility .Proposition & Value Framework Lead therevamp of value propositionsfor Debit card andPremium credit cards . Createclearly differentiated customer value propositions (CVPs)that drive customer pull rather than pure issuer push. Design and launchnew card variants which areDigital-first, simplified, high-engagement propositionsPremium Experience & Service Delivery Identify and address gaps inservice delivery, customer experience, and operational processesfor premium card products. Work with internal and external stakeholders to improveend-to-end premium customer journeys , including onboarding, benefit access, and servicing.Government Programs & Policy Collaboration Work closely with theGovernment & Policy teamsto support Product construct and design for government-led initiatives, Policy alignment and compliance Ensure timely execution and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding ofDebit and Credit Card product design and value propositions Experience buildingfeature-based and segment-led card variants Ability to balancecustomer value, issuer economics, and operational constraints Proven experience inpartner management and ecosystem coordination Analytical capability to assessfeature costs, ROI, and adoption impact Strong stakeholder management across internal teams, banks, partners, and government bodiesWhy Join RuPay?
