The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to identify trends and insights. Duties include generating reports, aiding in decision-making processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven solutions. The candidate will contribute toward optimizing business operations and strategies through statistical analysis and data modeling, ensuring that decisions are guided by accurate and actionable insights.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to process and interpret complex datasets effectively Solid understanding of Statistics, including the ability to apply statistical techniques for data analysis Experience with Data Modeling to create structured representations of data for organizational use Effective Communication skills to present findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Python, R, SQL, or other relevant software Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in retail or similar industries is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
