Role Summary We are seeking an experiencedPEGA Test Leadto lead testing activities for PEGA-based applications across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases. The role involves defining test strategy, managing test teams, coordinating with PEGA developers and business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities Own and defineend-to-end test strategyfor PEGA applications. Leadtest planning, estimation, scheduling, and executionactivities. Strong Life and Annuities product knowledge Manage and mentor a team ofPEGA testers . Design and reviewtest scenarios, test cases, and test dataaligned to PEGA rules, flows, and case lifecycles. Ensure testing coverage for: Case management Business rules (Decision Tables, Decision Trees) UI (Sections, Harness, Portals) Integrations (SOAP/REST, MQ, DB) Coordinate withPEGA developers, architects, product owners, and business users . Drivedefect managementusing tools like JIRA/ALM. Ensure compliance withSDLC / STLC / Agile or Waterfallmethodologies. SupportUAT and production validation . Identify opportunities fortest automation(PEGA Test Suite, Selenium, or other tools). Prepare and presenttest metrics, dashboards, and quality reportsto leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience insoftware testing , with4+ years in PEGA testing . Strong understanding ofPEGA PRPC architecture , case types, flows, and rules. Hands-on experience inmanual and automated testingof PEGA applications. Experience withPEGA Test Suite (PTS)or other automation tools is a plus. Strong knowledge ofSQL, data validation, and integration testing . Experience leading teams inenterprise-scale programs . Familiarity withAgile/Scrum or Waterfalldelivery models.
