We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can think beyond pretty visuals and create work that actually connects and converts.This is not a support role. You’ll be shaping how SUPR looks across ads, website, social, and offline.What You’ll Do • Design creatives for website pages, ads, social media, and offline assets. • Work closely with our growth team to create high-converting, performance-led designs. • Translate complex wellness ideas into clean, simple, women-first visuals. • Maintain and evolve SUPR’s visual language across platforms. • Iterate fast, test ideas, and improve designs based on feedback and performance.You’ll Fit Right In If You • Have 2+ years of graphic design experience (D2C, lifestyle, wellness preferred). • Understand typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand systems. • Can design with intent — not just what looks good, but what works. • Are comfortable with Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or Canva. • Get the women-first mindset and can design with empathy. • Are detail-oriented, curious, and open to feedback.Bonus Points • Experience with performance ads or CRO-focused website design. • Understanding of how design impacts CTR, conversions, and retention. • Interest in wellness, nutrition, or building a meaningful consumer brand.Assignment (we actually read these)Pick one:1️⃣ Design a simple Instagram post for SUPR announcing: “Protein that doesn’t cause bloating.”OR2️⃣ Redesign an existing wellness brand ad in the SUPR style.
