About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analyticalData Analyst (2+ years of experience)with strong expertise inStatistics, SǪL, and Python . In this role, you won’t just analyse numbers, you will directly contribute to shaping high-impact campaigns and strategic decisions. You will work with large datasets, validate insights using robust statistical methods, and build intuitive dashboardsthat empower teams to make fast, accurate, and data-driven decisions. Your work will play a pivotal role in influencing key campaign strategies, optimising performance, and driving measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities Write optimized SǪL queries for data extraction, processing, and analysis. Perform statistical analyses to validate hypotheses, identify patterns, and support business decisions. Conduct data mining and preprocessing to clean, transform, and structure raw data for analytical use, ensuring high accuracy and reliability. Apply statistical techniques such as: Descriptive C inferential statistics Hypothesis testing, correlation C regression analysis Probability distributions Sampling methods Clean, prepare, and analyze large datasets using Python (Pandas, NumPy). Build interactive dashboards C automated reports using Power BI/Tableau/ Looker. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate insights from a statistical perspective. Present analytical findings clearlyto both technical C non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy andmaintain detailed documentation for all analytical processes.Required Skills Strong foundation in Statistics (core component of the role). Solid proficiency in SǪL for data querying and transformations. Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation. Good knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker). Understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and dataset validation. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to explainstatistical findings in simple terms.Good to Have Experience with statistical modelling or basic ML algorithms Experience working with large, complex datasets.Education Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Candidate Preference: Immediate joinerswill be preferred.Salary: As Per Market StandardsLocation: Hyderabad/Kolkata based on requirements
