Practical exposure toAccess Control & Time Attendance (Matrix, Suprema, Spectra, Spine HRMS or similar) . Experience withVideo Surveillance on enterprise servers (Axis, Bosch, Palco) . Hands-on experience withVMS platforms such as Ecostem, Milestone, Genetec, or Honeywell . Working knowledge ofWindows OS, Windows Server, VMS servers , and basicSQL(Matrix/Suprema preferred). Good understanding of system integration and networking fundamentals.Experience & Certifications Minimum2+ years of experiencein electronic security systems / technical support. OEM certifications (Suprema, Bosch, VMS platforms) are an advantage. Server, VM, or networking exposure is a plus.Education Diploma / BE in Electronics or related field. Relevant certifications or hands-on experience may substitute formal education.Interpersonal & Professional Skills Clear written and verbalEnglish communication(OEM & client coordination). Strong problem-solving mindset with high learning aptitude. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Ownership-driven attitude with clarity of work and timely response.
