NB :Recruiting for a Scheduled commercial BankJob Title : IT Governance Lead Minimum 15 yrs experience Minimum Qualification Needed : MCA / B Tech in IT with all round IT exposure of 10+ years Note: IT Documentation & Board Notes preparation experience required Job Location Thrissur, KeralaMajor Responsibilities*: • Lead all IT Governance activities. • Completion of all Compliance matters, Regulatory returns, Filings. • Custodian for all IT Confidential Documents and safe keeping • Oversee all IT Dept submissions to Board, Board Committees and Executive Committees. Review all Regulatory and Compliance submissions / RBI Returns from IT Dept. • Conduct IT Steering Committee. • Renewal of all IT Dept Policies by Board annually; updation of SOP Documents • Provide artefacts for various IT Audits. • Review of submissions from all IT Divisions and consolidation of Documents. • Vendor governance • Annual IT Strategy DocumentsKey Competencies*: • Data Analysis and Data interpretation skills • Good written communication skills in English. • Good presentation skills • All round IT exposure of 10+ years including IT Documentation & Board Notes preparation.
