Emcure is known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and affordable healthcare solutions worldwide.Job Summary: The Lead – Acute Cluster, Sales Force Effectiveness plays a critical role in supporting the Head of SFE in driving the productivity and efficiency of the sales force. This role will focus on the execution and optimization of sales force effectiveness initiatives, providing analytical support, and ensuring successful implementation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a passion for driving sales excellence. The Lead – Acute cluster SFE works closely with sales leadership to develop strategies, implement best practices and ensure team has resources, support and training.Roles & Responsibilities:Sales Force Effectiveness Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of sales force structures, territories, and compensation plans. Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Assist in the design and execution of sales force effectiveness assessments and provide data-driven recommendations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards sales goals. Sales Process Optimization: Support the implementation of sales process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices. Analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within sales processes. Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs and coaching materials. Sales Technology & Analytics: Proficiently utilize sales force automation (SFA) tools and CRM systems to analyze sales data and generate reports. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and identify key trends. Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Project Management: Manage and execute SFE projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales Operations, IT,HR) to achieve project objectives. Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the Head of SFE and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and provide ongoing support. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the SFE team. Passion for supporting sales team on routine issues and have an experience to improve on process efficiencyQualifications: MBA is preferred Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a sales operations, analytics, or business intelligence role within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Proficiency in SFA tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques is a plus.Skills & Competencies: Passion for driving sales excellence and achieving business objectives.
