Company Description & Culture Code Description We are hiring for Brand & Content at Optima — a content-first role focused on owning how our ideas, philosophy, and credibility compound into long-term growth.This role is for someone who treats content as a system, not a campaign. You will operate with high autonomy, move fast, learn from what works (and what doesn’t), and continuously refine Optima’s external narrative.Shape Optima’s brand strategy, voice, and external image with an explicit focus on earning trust from HNIs and UHNIs, prioritising credibility, intellectual honesty, and long-term trust Generate, validate, and execute content ideas end-to-end — from raw insight → narrative → format → distribution → performance tracking → iteration Hands-on content creation across formats (written, visual, gen-AI enabled) Continuously test formats, hooks, channels, and posting strategies, killing ideas that don’t work and doubling down on the ones that do Use data, automation, and AI tools to move faster and learn quicker Strengthen media presence, PR, and external communications, including coordination on press and industry visibility Engage directly in communities and relationship-driven growth channels (online, offline, events, partnerships), independently or by bringing in external support when appropriate Experiment with guerrilla- style initiatives that remain tasteful, compliant, and credibility-firstPreferred Background Experience: 4+ years owning brand, content, or growth initiatives end-to-end, with a strong understanding of the HNI and UHNI mindset, preferably in fintech, wealth, or other high-trust businesses Education: Strong academic credentials from recognized institutions in India or abroad Mindset: User empathy, relentless iterations, AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward shipping Or something untraditional that trumps all of the aboveCompensation Highlights Top-of-market cash compensation Free access to our employee-only investment fundApplication Instructions Applications without proof of work (any format) won’t be reviewed.
