Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience 11–14 years of experience in data, analytics, or engineering roles, including people leadership Proven experience managing teams in a global or offshore delivery model Strong ability to lead through influence, clarity, and structured execution Must Have Skills:AGILE JIRA OR CONFLUENCE SQL OR ORACLE JAVAExperience managing Data Engineers, Analysts, or similar technical roles Strong people leadership, performance management, and coaching capabilities Experience supporting data delivery lifecycles from intake through production release Ability to partner effectively with onshore teams and senior stakeholders Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution management skills Familiarity with modern data platforms, lakehouse concepts, and analytics workflows Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for planning, tracking, and documentation Clear, effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Nice to Have: Experience leading teams supporting lakehouse or cloud data platforms Exposure to medallion (bronze/silver/gold) data architectures Experience driving process improvement or delivery transformation initiatives Familiarity with Agile or product-oriented delivery models Experience working in large, complex enterprise data environments.
