Junior Solar Design Engineer / DraftsmanAbout the Role: G.S.S.N is looking for a Junior Designer with a background inCivil or Mechanical Engineering . You will be the "Structural Backbone" of our projects, turning the Senior Engineer’s expertise into high-precision technical drawings.Key Responsibilities: •Drafting & Strength Analysis:Create detailed drawings for mounting structures and perform strength analysis (Weight loading & Wind load). •Topography & Civil Work:Work on land contouring, foundations, and civil layout drawings for ground-mount projects across Tamil Nadu. •Site Surveys:Travel to sites to collect topographical data and roof measurements. •BOM Generation:Prepare accurate Bill of Materials for steel and civil components.Requirements: •Background:Degree inCivil or Mechanical Engineeringwith a strong interest/certification in Solar. •Software:Proficiency inAutoCADandSketchUp .
