Validate payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll providers. Collect and process variable compensation elements (bonuses, incentives, awards, taxable items). Review, reconcile, and validate payroll results; escalate or correct discrepancies as needed. Conduct error analysis, period‑end validations, and statutory reconciliations. Manage India‑specific statutory processes including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and Year‑End Tax Declarations. Liaise with EPFO and other statutory bodies as required. Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws, tax norms, and statutory requirements. Respond to employee payroll and tax queries with accuracy, courtesy, and timeliness. Maintain up‑to‑date standard operating procedures and streamline existing processes. Support finance and audit requirements, including monthly reconciliations and internal control checks. Prepare payroll‑related reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analysis for management. Participate in global finance initiatives and special projects in collaboration with HR, Accounting, Legal, and other teams. Adhere to PTC policies, data protection regulations, and internal controls.Your Skills and Knowledge:Technical & Functional In‑depth knowledge ofIndia payroll legislation and statutory compliance(mandatory). Experience withADP(GlobalView/Celergo strongly preferred). Exposure toWorkday HCMis a plus. 3–5 years of payroll experience; multi‑country or APAC exposure preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.). Behavioral & Professional Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under strict timelines with high accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Self‑driven, proactive, flexible, and open to working with remote cross‑functional teams. Fluency in English is mandatory.
