Team Leader – Customer Care (Fixed Income)Experience: 5–8 Years (Team Handling Mandatory)Lead and manage a team of customer care/service executives in the wealth management domain Ensure end-to-end client servicing for products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, and other investment products Handle escalations from HNI / UHNI clients and ensure high service standards Monitor daily operations, turnaround time (TAT), service quality, and compliance requirements Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams Drive process improvements to enhance client experience and service efficiency Conduct team training, performance reviews, and ensure achievement of service KPIs Prepare MIS, reports, and support audits and regulatory requirements. Over time, they will gain practical exposure to how fixed-income investments work, how investors evaluate opportunities, and the fundamentals of capital markets.
