Role: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Location: India (Mumbai) / Flexible Reports to: Founder / CEOFocus: Digital-led growth, brand authority, and scalable AUM acquisitionRole PurposeThe CMO will own Allvest’s growth narrative and digital engine — building a trusted, intelligence-led wealth & trading brand while driving high-quality acquisition, engagement, and AUM growth through digital-first channels. This role blends performance marketing, brand clarity, product storytelling, data intelligence, and distribution strategy.Core Mandates1. Digital Growth & Acquisition Own end-to-end digital acquisition strategy across paid, organic, SEO, affiliates, partnerships, and automation. Drive quality user acquisition (active traders + serious investors), not vanity leads. Optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnels, activation, and retention. Lead experimentation: A/B testing, funnel optimization, landing page CRO. Build scalable affiliate and partner-led acquisition programs with clear quality controls.2. Brand & Positioning (Digital-First) Build Allvest as a premium, calm, trust-led financial brand — not a discount broker. Ensure consistency across ads, app journeys, content, PR, education, and all digital touchpoints. Translate complex products (FnO, AI tools, baskets, PMS/AIFs) into simple, confidence building narratives. Ensure all communication is SEBI-compliant, risk-aware, and credibility-led. Own coordination with creative agencies to ensure messaging, design, and storytelling are aligned to conversion and trust-building goals.3. Product Marketing & Investor Education Own digital onboarding, feature explainers, and education journeys. Build content engines around: Market context Risk understanding Long-term wealth thinking Support launch of new products, features, and AI-led capabilities. Ensure education content actively improves user decision quality, not just engagement.4. Martech, Analytics & Automation Own CRM, attribution, automation, analytics, and SEO performance tracking. Build lifecycle journeys based on user behaviour, profile, and intent. Use data to improve: Activation Engagement Retention Cross-sell into wealth products Build dashboards for forecasting, cohort analysis, and decision-making.5. Engagement, Retention & Trust Drive digital CX through: Personalized communication Webinars, insights, newsletters, alerts Use finfluencers and creator partnerships creatively — focused on education, credibility, and long-term trust, not hype. Improve stickiness, confidence, and long-term engagement. Build loyalty, advocacy, and community-led growth loops.6. Leadership & Collaboration • Build and lead lean, high-impact teams across: Performance Brand & content Product marketing CRM & analytics • Work closely with product, research, advisory, compliance, tech, and creative agencies. • Own growth KPIs, execution cadence, and accountability.7. Media planning Own media planning and media buying strategy across digital platforms, ensuring optimal allocation of budgets across channels, audiences, and stages of the funnel. Continuously refine audience segmentation, creative rotation, and channel prioritization to improve ROI and long-term brand impact.8. 360° Marketing Approach Own a 360° marketing strategy covering brand, performance, content, PR, creators, affiliates, SEO, CRM, media, and partnerships — ensuring every touchpoint works together across the full user lifecycle. Align above-the-line, below-the-line, and digital channels into a single, cohesive growth narrative. Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and experience across ads, app, website, content, education, PR, and community. Drive integrated planning so brand building and performance marketing reinforce each other, not operate in silos.What We’re Looking For10+ years in digital marketing / growth leadership, ideally BFSI / fintech / wealth. Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, funnels, CRM, automation, and affiliate programs. Proven ability to work with influencers and creators to drive meaningful outcomes. Understanding of wealth & trading products (PMS, AIF, MF, Bonds, FnO). Strategic thinker who balances numbers + narrative.
