Annual Engagement Strategy & Planning:Own the end-to-end design of the annual engagement calendar, ensuring a clear roadmap of activities that are balanced across the year. Value-Based Culture Integration:Lead initiatives that deeply rootPorter’s core values(User Obsessed, Collaborate to Win, Keep Moving, Own It, and Empathy Driven) into the daily employee experience. Holistic Wellbeing Programs:Design and execute meaningful engagement beyond "fun" activities, focusing on holistic wellbeing, includinghealth, mental wellness, and financial literacy . Stakeholder Partnership (PBPs):Collaborate closely withPeople Business Partners (PBPs)as key stakeholders to ensure engagement initiatives are relevant to specific business units and address localised team needs. Meaningful Recognition (R&R):Oversee and evolve the Recognition & Rewards (R&R) framework to ensure it effectively calls out high-impact contributors and reinforces cultural alignment. Impact Measurement & ROI:Use data to track the effectiveness of programs, presenting insights to leadership that demonstrate how it has impacted the ENPS.2. SkillsThe "How": The functional expertise needed to deliver on the strategy. Strategic Planning & Forecasting:Ability to look at the "big picture" to create a year-long engagement architecture rather than just reacting to immediate needs. Project & Event Leadership:Advanced coordination skills to manage complex logistics, external vendors, and large-scale event execution with zero-defect quality. Consultative Relationship Building:Strong stakeholder management skills to influence PBPs and business leaders toward a unified engagement/ culture agenda. Data Synthesis:Proficiency in gathering employee sentiment and post-event feedback to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.3. Specialisation:A proven track record inannual planningand managing engagement for large-scale, geographically distributed workforces. Stakeholder Management:Demonstrated experience working closely withPBPsor driving engagement/ cultural initiatives. Education:Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
