SEDEMAC Mechatronics LimitedLead Engineer, Quality AssuranceAbout the jobJob Description“Lead Engineer, Quality Assurance” is a member of SEDEMAC’s Quality Assurance team. The primary role of the candidate is to perform product inspection and process validation at SEDEMAC, while coordinating with customer for specific requirements review & implementation. The member should be able to identify potential risks within QA & plan for risk mitigation.Major Responsibilities: Setting up quality systems, standards and policies & continuous improvement of the same. Create & maintain MIS reports / statistical reports related to Quality. Association with reliability / testing- teams in achieving zero defects. Leading the teams in trouble shooting the problems both in product / process and arriving at the solutions from incoming materials to FG. Monitoring performance of products from design to field (beyond warranty). Translation of the standards and quality systems into operational parameters and ensure compliance. Conducting regular reviews for monitoring & controllingTechnical Skills and Experience: Core Tools Like APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,DFM and MSA, Poke yoke, SQC- 7 QC tools. Knowledge on Process capability study and reliability. Knowledge on SMT, Wave soldering, PCB Assembly, End of Line Testing and Potting process. Driving continuous improvement culture through 5S, QCC, Kaizen, Six Sigma. Knowledge of ROHS.
