We are looking for an Application Support Lead to own 24×7 production support for core banking, lending, and payment applications.Key Responsibilities Lead L3 support for LOS/LMS platforms and Core Banking systems. Own production support for UPI and payment systems, including transaction failures, reversals, and settlement issues. Manage and troubleshoot API gateways and backend integrations. Handle database-level analysis (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL) for data and performance issues. Own EOD/EOM batch runs, monitoring, and issue resolution. Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy / JSM) for incident, problem, and change management. Drive RCA, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention. Monitor applications using logs, alerts, and monitoring tools to ensure SLA adherence. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, audits, and regulatory reporting. Lead support team operations, shift planning, on-call rotations, and vendor coordination.Required Experience 7+ years in banking / fintech application support. Hands-on experience with (LOS/LMS) or similar lending platforms. Working knowledge of Finacle / Flexcube and banking integrations. Strong ownership mindset with experience running 24×7 production environments.
