Growth and retention of the customer base through strong relationship management. Effective execution of sales plans aligned with India and Asia sales strategies. High level of customer satisfaction through timely order execution and after-sales support. Accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and data management.Responsibilities / High Payoff Activities that Support the Above AccountabilitiesSales Execution & Business Development Execute sales objectives and action plans defined by the Sales Manager. Manage and develop assigned customer accounts and distributors. Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments in the East Region. Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects. Provide after-sales support in coordination with customer service and technical teams. Collect and communicate customer feedback related to products, service, and market needs.Order & Commercial Management: Handle sales orders, pricing, invoicing, taxes, customs documentation, and payment follow-ups. Ensure compliance with ARMOR-IIMAK sales policies (pricing, customer approval, payment terms). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP and systems.Internal Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, and Finance for smooth order execution. Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and market updates. Share competitor activities and market trends with the Sales Manager.Safety, Compliance & Conduct Follow company rules, policies, and ethical standards. Adhere to safety guidelines during customer visits and report unsafe situations. Represent ARMOR-IIMAK professionally in all external interactions.QualificationsEducation / Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes and systems. Knowledge of B2B sales processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in consumables, labeling, or printing industry is a plus Experience:Minimum 2–4 years of relevant B2B sales experience.Soft Skills Strong communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills. Good planning, Organizational, and Time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Attitudes Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn. High level of integrity and professionalism.Others: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of regional languages in the East is an advantage. Mandatory Residence in the East Region of India. Willingness to Travel extensively within the East Region, Across India, and Overseas if required.
