The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and hands-on experience working with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. This role requires close coordination with development teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.Key Responsibilities  Coordinate end-to-end project activities for medical/healthcare software projects  Work closely with the technical team (developers, testers, designers, architects) to ensure smooth execution  Manage project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables  Prepare, maintain, and control project documentation, including: o Project plans o Requirement documents o Technical documents o Status reports o Risk and issue logs  Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams  Support code review processes and ensure development standards are followed  Assist in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile)  Support project planning and execution using Waterfall methodology  Track progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation  Ensure compliance with medical software quality and documentation standards  Monitor project performance and ensure on-time delivery  Support release planning and deployment coordination  Maintain strong collaboration between mobile, backend, and frontend teams Technical Skills Required  Strong understanding of medical software development lifecycle  Excellent technical knowledge of: o MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) o Mobile App Development (Android/iOS or cross-platform frameworks)  Understanding of software architecture and development workflows  Experience with code review processes and development best practices  Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems  Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) Project Management Skills  Hands-on experience with: o Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) o Waterfall methodology  Sprint planning, backlog management, and task tracking  Risk management and issue resolution  Stakeholder coordination  Resource planning and team coordinationRequired Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in: o Computer Science / IT / Engineering / Healthcare IT (or related field)  4–5 years of experience in: o Project coordination o Medical/healthcare software projects  Proven experience working with technical development teams  Experience managing technical documentation Soft Skills & Competencies  Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)  Strong leadership qualities  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities  Strong organizational and time management skills  Problem-solving and decision-making abilities  Team coordination and people management skills  Client communication and stakeholder management Preferred (Good to Have)  Experience in healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ISO, etc.)  Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines  Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project)  Knowledge of QA/testing processe
