We, at Bharti Axa life Insurance are looking for a dynamic professional to join our fast growing organization as part of our "Relationship Management" Team.Job Description: As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through the Equitas Bank branch network under the Bancassurance channel. You will build strong relationships with bank staff and customers to achieve business targets and ensure excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with Equitas Bank branch staff to drive insurance sales. Identify potential customers and provide suitable life insurance solutions based on their needs. Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Conduct regular training sessions and joint calls with bank employees to increase awareness of Bharti AXA products. Provide timely after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Generate and share daily/weekly MIS reports with the reporting manager.Qualification : Graduate (any discipline)Experience:1–4 years in sales, preferably in Bancassurance Insurance / Banking / Financial ServicesJob Location:Chennai, Madurai, Hyderabad and Vijayawada
