Opportunity to work as Brand Manager / ABMWe’re looking for aBrand / Marketing Professionalto join our team and play a key role in shaping brand strategy, driving impactful campaigns, and delivering measurable business results.What you’ll do: •Marketing & Brand Strategy Execution: Support the development and implementation ofmarketing and branding strategiesaimed at improvingmarket share, brand visibility, and consumer reach . •Advertising, Packaging & Promotions: Assist in executingbrand advertising concepts ,packaging initiatives , andconsumer promotions , ensuring consistency with the brand’s positioning and identity. •ATL & BTL Activations: Support planning and execution ofATL (TV, Print, Digital)andBTL (on-ground, trade, POS)activities to effectively deliver the brand’svalue proposition . •Sales Coordination & Trade Marketing: Coordinate with theSales teamto implement and monitortrade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiativesacross various levels of the trade. •Media & Agency Coordination: Liaise withmedia agencies, advertising agencies, and research partnersto support execution of brand campaigns and ensure timely delivery. •Product Development & R&D Interface: Work closely withR&Donproduct conceptualization, positioning, and new product development , including support on testing and launch readiness. •Brand Extensions & Growth Initiatives: Assist in planning and executingbrand extension initiativesand growth programs for existing and new markets. •Budget Tracking & Cost Control: Trackbrand-related expendituresagainst approved budgets and support efficientcost management .What we’re looking for: • MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification • 2–6 years of experience inMarketing , preferably within theFMCG sector • Exposure tobranding, media, promotions, and sales coordinationWhy join us: High-visibility role with real ownership Opportunity to work on brands at a meaningful growth stage Collaborative, performance-driven cultureLocation- KolkataIf you’re interested in this role, apply now!
