For more information visitDesignation:Assistant BIM Architect BU:Isprava Dept.:Operations Location:Mumbai, DadarKey Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and optimize BIM models from concept through construction documentation for luxury residential villas, estates, or high-end apartment developments. • Collaborate with in-house design, MEP, structural, and interior teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination across disciplines. • Support design detailing, clash detection, and site coordination using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and ACC. • Establish and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project-specific modeling standards in line with company goals and project needs. • Review and integrate external consultants’ models to ensure consistency, precision, and compliance with our luxury brand standards. • Facilitate design reviews, leveraging BIM tools for client presentations, internal critiques, and stakeholder alignment.Key Requirement: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from a reputed institution. • Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 3 years in BIM-intensive roles. • Prior experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end real estate projects is preferred.Technical Expertise: • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
