Job Title - Central Operations Manager – West BengalLocation -State / Central Office – West BengalEmployment Type -Full-timeSalary Offered - Upto 4,80,000About the Role We are hiring anOperations Managerto centrally manage, monitor, and scale district-level SHG mobilisation and cadre coordination efforts across West Bengal. This role will act as thebridge between strategy and execution , ensuring that district teams are aligned, activities are tracked, and field insights are converted into actionable decisions. This is ahigh-ownership role , suited for candidates with strong operational discipline, political understanding, and experience managing multi-district field teams.Key Responsibilities 1. Central Operations & Planning Translate state-level strategy into clear operational plans for districts Create monthly, weekly, and daily activity frameworks for district teams Design SOPs, workflows, and execution guidelines for SHG engagement 2. District Team Coordination Coordinate with District Managers across all assigned districts Track field activities, outreach numbers, and mobilisation progress Resolve operational bottlenecks faced by district and block-level teams Ensure timely execution of campaigns and mobilisation drives 3. Cadre & Stakeholder Alignment Work closely with party cadre leadership to align ground activities Support cadre teams with structured plans, data, and execution inputs Coordinate state-level events, reviews, and special initiatives 4. Monitoring, Reporting & Insights Build and maintain dashboards/reports on SHG engagement and outreach Analyze field data to identify gaps, high-performing districts, and risks Compile district feedback, local issues, and sentiment for leadership review Ensure consistent reporting standards across districts 5. Scale & Quality Control Support onboarding and training of district and block-level teams Maintain quality and consistency in field engagement and messaging Continuously improve processes based on field learningsEligibility & Requirements Graduate / Post-graduate in any discipline 2–4 years of experiencein operations, political campaigns, social sector programs, large-scale field projects, or NGOs Experience managingmulti-location or multi-district teams Strong understanding of West Bengal’s political and administrative structure Proficiency inBengali(mandatory); Hindi/English preferred Strong command over Excel / Google Sheets/reporting toolsDesired Skills Operations management & execution planning Strong coordination and follow-up skills Data-driven decision-making Clear communication across the field and leadership levels Ability to work under pressure and tight timelinesWhat We Offer Central role in astatewide grassroots mobilisation program High visibility with leadership and district teams Opportunity to shape systems, processes, and scale Competitive remuneration based on experience
