This role required a dynamic individual with strong leadership, market intelligence, and a deep understanding of the industry.Job Responsibilities: • Designs and implements effective sales strategies on a national level. • Managing and monitoring the sales team • Expanding business into new markets • Generates sales reports and forecasts. • Analysing sales data. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Dealer network management. • Monitors sales performance with the targets. • Analyse market trends and behaviours. • Leads sales teams nationwide. • Maintains healthy working relationships with clients.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an MBA in marketing management. • 15 years of experience in consumer durable products, out of which 5 years in senior positions. • Willing to travel extensively, approx. 15 days a month • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Fluency in English, Hindi and 2-3 south Indian languages • Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities. • Working knowledge of market trends and behaviors.
