Position: Branch Service Incharge Location: MaduraiKey Responsibilities: Performbattery testing and diagnosisas per company SOPs using approved instruments. Supportwarranty evaluation, certification, and timely claim processing . Supervise, guide, and trainservice technicians and dealer staffon correct service practices. Managebattery movement, records, and stock coordinationat service stations and in the field. Visitdealer premises and customer locationsfor service support, battery checking, and complaint resolution. Ensureservice station and dealer infrastructure hygiene , safety, and compliance standards. Monitorservice TAT ,warranty risk , andadherence to company policies . Supportfailed battery analysis , scrap handling, and proper documentation. Use company systems such asSAP, WMS, dashboards, and reporting toolsfor service operations. Assist duringinternal and external auditsand ensure availability of required records. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Logistics, Sales) for issue resolution.Deployment Flexibility: The engineer may be deployed atService Stations or in Field roles , based on business requirements. Periodicrole rotation (SS / Field)may be required for skill development and operational needs.Experience:2 to 3 years
