Network Engineer - L3Company Description -Softcell is one of India's leading System Integrators with over 30+ years experience in this domain. In addition to supply of software licenses and hardware, we also provide solution design, implementation and post-sales support services - on call, on-site and from our Data Centers.Qualification -Graduation in technical stream ( BE , Btech, BSC , MSC , 3 Years full time diploma in technical education / polytechnic in Electronics / IT / Computer science etc. )Key Skills -CCNA / CCNP or higher network certification, 7+ years of work experience in managing Enterprise or Data Center LAN & WAN solutions ( ISP / Telecom sector is not preferred) Minimum 7 years work experience in Switching & Routing implementation projects Thorough understanding of the OSI network model, TCP/IP networking , IPv4 & IPv6 protocols Thorough understanding of Switching & Routing solutions, L2 & L3 Protocols including BGP Ability to understand technical requirements and able to design / provide suitable solutions Capacity planning and management. Ability to define and implement work flows / process / Automation for NOC operations. Familiar with ISO / ISMS standards and process. Ability to perform debug level troubleshooting, prepare Incident Reports & Technical RCA Take full ownership to manage the incident & resolution within the service level conditions Ability to prioritize and multitask , Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry leading technical knowledge Good communication, Technical documentation, presentation skills and interpersonal skills Open to work in NOC or 24x7 work environments.
