Plant Operations & Performance Own plant P&L, production output, quality, cost, and delivery metrics Drive capacity utilization, throughput improvement, and productivity Ensure seamless coordination across production, maintenance, quality, SCM, and EHS Cost & Efficiency Control manufacturing costs, overheads, and working capital Lead Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives Monitor KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, and cost per unit Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / GMP and statutory regulations Lead internal and external audits; drive CAPA and continuous improvement Address customer escalations and ensure root-cause resolution EHS & Statutory Ensure 100% compliance with EHS norms and statutory requirements Promote a zero-accident culture and safety-first mindset Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies People & Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership and workforce Drive performance management, capability building, and succession planning Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement Strategic Initiatives Support new product introductions, plant expansions, and capex projects Implement digital manufacturing and automation initiatives Align plant objectives with organizational growth plans
