Job Title:Divisional Head-North(Premium Beauty & Personal Care Products) Location:Delhi NCRKey Responsibilities: 1. Own regional channel distribution strategy, AOPs, and P&L for North India. 2. Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across offline channels. 3. Build, scale, and strengthen distribution networks (CFAs, distributors, retail partners). 4. Oversee primary & secondary sales, collections, and trade investments. 5. Lead geo-expansion, counter additions, and outlet-level productivity. 6. Execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches and promotions. 7. Develop and lead large, multi-layered sales teams (RSMs, ASMs, SOs, field force). 8. Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure execution excellence. 9. Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and corrective action plans to leadership.Key Skills & Experience: 1. 10–15 years of experience in regional channel distribution / offline sales (FMCG, Beauty, Retail). 2. Strong P&L ownership, channel management, and trade marketing expertise. 3. Proven ability to build, scale, and lead multi-state teams. 4. Experience across GT, MT, and distributor-led models. 5. Strategic, execution-focused leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
