The role will support strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and business partnering for India operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Management Reporting Business Partnering Accounting & Audit Alignment Taxation Support (Indirect & Direct Tax)Required Qualifications: Education: Professional Experience: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles. Prepare variance analyses and deliver meaningful insights on revenue, costs, margins, and overheads. Support long range planning, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis. Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance. Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. Consolidate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow information for reporting. Support Global and Regional FP&A teams with adhoc analysis and data requests. Work closely with cross functional teams (Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing) to provide financial insights. Challenge assumptions, evaluate financial impact of business initiatives, and support decision making. Participate in strategic discussions related to cost optimization, pricing, and investments. Leverage audit background to ensure strong financial controls and reconciliation discipline. Liaison with statutory auditors, internal audit teams, and external consultants as needed. Review accounting entries and maintain accuracy in monthly closing and provisioning. Responsible for Monthly cross charges, revenue markup workings and related compliances with STPI and EDPMS. Coordinate with tax teams on TDS, GST, advance tax, income tax assessments, and other compliance needs. Ensure financial data integrity for tax filings and statutory submissions. Provide analytical support during tax reviews, audits, and litigations. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory. 4–6 years of post qualification experience. Big Four experience required (Audit / Assurance / Tax / Advisory).Why This Role is a Great Fit for Big Four CAs Statutory audits. Internal controls. Accounting standards (INDAS).
