THE POSITIONThe Client Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day business operations of the firm, ensuring processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and internal teams have the resources they need to deliver exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Operations Coordinator should comfortable communicating with partners at various levels within RGP and with clients, including executives. Coordinators may assist with performing research to address errors and improve processes. They display a proficient level of process knowledge and business acumen that they leverage to build and maintain positive partnerships .What you will work on Managing day-to-day operations, Preparing reports, managing databases. Acting as a central point of contact between departments to ensure project milestones are met. Able to work independently and follow prescribed processes and assisting with project tracking and internal approvals. Assist with onboardings and offboardings of consultants/employees as needed. Proactively provide guidance to Consultants regarding Client Specific Requirements. Overseeing logistics, inventory, basic administration, event management and vendor management.What you will bring Graduate 3+ years of experience Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced operational role. Communicates Effectively - Proficient Plans & Aligns - Proficient Basic understanding of job-specific concepts & knowledgebase. Responsive to fixing issues when problems are identified; executes on a prescribed / well-defined solution. Carries out external communications effectively, professionally and representative of company. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and project management tools.
