Role Summary We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to support MIS reporting, financial statement preparation, consolidation support, and statutory compliance across all group entities. The role focuses on financial review and oversight, working closely with accounting teams. This is not a transaction-processing role and does not involve routine accounting entries.Key Responsibilities Financial Review & Oversight Review journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers Conduct ledger scrutiny for accuracy and compliance Validate accounting treatments with applicable standards Coordinate with accounting teams and provide guidance Review work prepared by junior team membersMIS, Closing & Consolidation Support monthly financial close for all entities Prepare and review MIS for management and business teams Assist in consolidation of financial statements Support management reporting and financial analysisStatutory & Compliance Support Assist in preparing statutory financial statements Support statutory and internal audits Contribute to accounting policies, SOPs, and internal control documentation Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirementsFinance Standardization & Projects Support finance transformation and standardization initiatives Assist in implementing accounting frameworks and reporting structures Other Responsibilities Handle additional finance-related tasks assignedRequired Skills & Experience Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience Strong understanding of statutory accounting, MIS, and financial reporting Working knowledge of Ind AS and US GAAP Experience in month-end close, consolidation, and ledger review Ability to guide junior staff Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with accounting software; QuickBooks preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a structured, PE-backed environment
