Conduct timely review and monitoring of Safety and Fire Safety implementation at all offices, factory, and sales offices. Support CBU Manager – Safety in improving the Driving Safety Culture by designing and driving safety training programs at the group level and cascading them to all CBUs. Develop and revise Corporate Safety Procedures and ensure implementation of safety standards across the group as per corporate policies and procedures. Ensure implementation and monitoring of safety practices across the group in line with Corporate Policies and Legal Requirements. Ensure and review periodical Safety and Fire Safety audits at all office locations. Conduct periodical review and audit of implemented safety standards across all locations. Drive the Defensive Driving Training Program across all CBUs. Support in driving the WISE Program across CBUs and track action closure. Ensure and review Incident Investigations as per procedures, ensuring development of holistic CAPAs. Review and monitor CAPA progress until closure and ensure long‑term sustenance. Ensure uniform deployment of the Road Safety Program across CBUs and track progress. Support in developing the Monthly MIS for CBUs. Initiate Safety Excellence Projects as per organizational requirements.
