Supportpeople operations , including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records. Manage and update theHRMS (Human Resource Management System)regularly. Help maintain and implementHR policiesin line with company standards. Support day-to-dayHR administrationtasks, including attendance, leave management, and documentation. Assist withfacility managementand coordinate office-related needs. Contribute toHR projectsand initiatives as required.Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
