Location:Bangalore Role Type:Full-time Experience:8–12 years Certification:SAP FICO certification preferred/required About the Role We are looking for a highly skilledSAP FICO Consultantwith strong hands-on experience across allFI submodules , along with expertise inProduct Costing, COPA, VIM, and FSCM . The ideal candidate should be technically strong, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of driving finance process improvements within SAP environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support activities. Configure and support allFI submodules , including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Bank Accounting Asset Accounting (AA) Special Purpose Ledger (SPL) Deliver strong functional expertise in: Product Costing(Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger) COPA(Account-Based & Costing-Based) VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) FSCM(Credit Management, Collections & Dispute Management) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments (RICEFW). Conduct integration testing, UAT support, and end-user training. Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues and provide timely resolutions. Ensure alignment with financial reporting standards and internal audit controls. Work effectively within global teams and support multi-country rollouts if required. Required Skills & Experience 8–12 yearsof relevant SAP FICO experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects. Strong working knowledge acrossall FI submodules . Hands-on experience inProduct Costing, COPA, VIM, and FSCMis mandatory. Excellent understanding of FI–CO integration with MM, SD, PP. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. SAP FICO certificationis highly preferred.
