Job Summary Responsible for managing Capex procurement, driving cost optimization, developing vendors, and ensuring timely execution of orders. Supports internal customers and ensures high-quality sourcing aligned with SOPs and organizational standards.Drive cost savings through effective, data-driven negotiations. Conduct benchmarking, value engineering, and cost modelling for major Capex items. Identify and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs. Ensure procurement activities are completed within defined SOP timelines. Maintain high compliance levels in order processing and project execution. Develop new vendors and conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations. Ensure strong delivery adherence across all purchase orders. Maintain regular updates of pending requisition reports and savings tracking. Provide timely support to internal customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and analytical skills Expertise in Capex and project procurement Vendor development and evaluation Value engineering and cost modelling Excellent communication and stakeholder management Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems is preferred Qualification Graduate or Engineering degree; MBA preferred Experience in Capex or project procurement, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors
