Job Description Executive / Sr. Executive – Upstream Process (Biologics) About the Role Join a fast-evolving manufacturing team focused on advanced biologics and viral vector platforms. As an Upstream Process professional, you will play a critical role in executing mammalian cell culture and bioreactor operations that support the production of next-generation therapies within a GMP-regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Execute upstream manufacturing activities includingmammalian cell culture, expansion, and bioreactor operations . Prepare media, buffers, and process materials as per approved batch records. Operate and monitor bioreactors while tracking critical process parameters to ensure batch success. Maintain accurate real-time documentation in compliance withGMP and GDP practices . Supporttechnology transfer, process scale-up, and batch executionactivities. Assist in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Downstream, QA, QC, and Validation teams. Strictly adhere to aseptic practices, cleanroom protocols, and contamination control strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile 0–5 yearsof upstream experience inbiologics environments. Strong hands-on expertise in: ✔️ Mammalian cell culture ✔️ Bioreactor handling and monitoring ✔️ Aseptic techniques ✔️ Media and buffer preparation Working knowledge of GMP workflows and documentation practices. Detail-oriented with strong process discipline. Comfortable operating in cleanroom environments.
