The role will ensure that our CSR activities are aligned with our brand values, legal requirements (including Indian CSR regulations), and long‑term sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities Assist in designing and implementing CSR strategies and programs that support education, digital literacy, and community development. Coordinate CSR projects such as free workshops, coding bootcamps for under‑privileged students, scholarship programs, and awareness campaigns. Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, schools, colleges, and community organizations to execute CSR activities effectively. Plan and oversee CSR events, campaigns, and volunteer drives, including logistics, communication, and on‑ground execution. Maintain records of CSR activities, prepare reports and dashboards, and track key metrics (reach, impact, feedback, budget utilization). Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, HR, Operations) to integrate CSR messaging into branding, campaigns, and employee‑engagement activities. Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and company policies, including documentation, approvals, and disclosures. Monitor and communicate CSR outcomes and success stories internally and externally (website, social media, newsletters, reports).Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years in CSR, community development, NGO work, or social‑impact projects (freshers with strong internships may be considered). Skills: Strong project‑management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication (English + local language preferred). Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (NGOs, schools, government bodies, internal teams). Basic understanding of CSR regulations and ESG concepts. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / AI Tools and basic reporting tools.Preferred Attributes Passion for education, digital literacy, and social impact. Experience in organizing events, workshops, or training programs.
