Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.Job Title : Project ManagerExperience : 10+ YearsLocation : Bangalore (5 days working)Employment Type:Full TimeCompany Industry:InfrastructureAbout the RoleAs a Manager in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for large infrastructure and IT programs, including airport modernization, metro, smart city, and transport projects. Establish and implement project governance, monitoring frameworks, and PMO processes to ensure timely and quality delivery. Track project progress, risks, and issues, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting to stakeholders and clients. Plan and execute projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, procurement process monitoring, and contract management. Coordinate multi-vendor operations and ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with civil and MEP teams to ensure integration of design, construction, and IT systems. Support client management and consulting services, including strategic guidance and solution recommendations. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Required SkillsProven experience managinglarge-scale infrastructure or IT projects , preferably in airport modernization, metro, or smart city domains. Strong understanding ofcivil, MEP, and IT systems integration . Expertise inproject governance, PMO frameworks, and multi-vendor management . Excellentproject planning, execution, and trackingskills. Strongstakeholder management and client engagementcapabilities. Hands-on experience inreporting, risk management, and procurement monitoring . Ability to work under tight schedules and manageonsite project delivery .
